Welcome to Lovia! This Terms of Service Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Lovia mobile application and all related services provided by us. By accessing or using Lovia, you agree to be bound by all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not use our application.

1. Service Overview

Lovia is a dedicated wedding memory graphic layout application. Our core service allows users to manually input custom titles and mood captions for each uploaded wedding photo. The App will automatically organize your photos, text content and date information into an elegant, fixed-structure wedding memory graphic page, to create simple, ceremonial and commemorative keepsakes for your precious wedding moments. We reserve the right to modify, optimize or expand our service functions at any time without prior individual notice.

2. Account Rules

• Users shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a Lovia account. If you are underage, you may only use the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• Users may not create accounts through unauthorized means, nor may they share, rent, sell or transfer accounts to any third party.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

• You agree to use Lovia only for personal, non-commercial memory recording and commemorative purposes.
• You shall not use our service to upload, publish or spread illegal, infringing, obscene, harmful, harassing or any content that violates public order and good morals.
• You may not interfere with the normal operation of the App, initiate malicious attacks, attempt to hack our system, or reverse engineer our application.
• You shall not use Lovia for any commercial promotion, advertising or unauthorized business activities.

4. User Content Rights and Responsibilities

• All photos, text titles, mood sentences and other content you upload and create in Lovia shall remain your exclusive ownership.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license only to render, display and process your content for the purpose of providing you with our core graphic layout service.
• You warrant that all user-generated content you upload does not infringe the copyright, portrait right, privacy right or other legitimate rights of any third party. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all content you publish.
• We have the right to remove content that violates this agreement once confirmed, without prior notice to the user.

5. Paid Subscription and Payment Terms

• Lovia may provide optional premium paid features, ad-free experience, exclusive templates and other paid subscription services.
• All displayed prices are subject to change without prior announcement. All payments made are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Users are responsible for timely management of subscription renewal settings. Auto-renewal may be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period in your device account settings.

6. Service Modification and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend, adjust, upgrade or discontinue any part of our service temporarily or permanently, at any time, for operational maintenance, security update or legal compliance reasons.
• We may suspend or permanently terminate your account and service access immediately if you violate any clauses of this user agreement.
• Upon service termination, you may export your created memory pages within a limited period; we do not guarantee permanent storage of your user content after account termination.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or fully meet all your personal requirements.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use Lovia services.
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by your improper operation, device failure, system upgrade or third-party service issues.

8. Dispute Resolution

This Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws. Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, users may submit the dispute to the designated local arbitration institution or competent court for resolution.

9. Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to revise and update this Terms of Service at any time. Once the agreement is modified, the updated version will be posted within the application interface, with the revised effective date marked. Continued use of Lovia after the update constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms of this agreement.
